Park Yong Ha's email was hacked on the afternoon of April 15 and personal pictures from it were soon circulated on the World Wide Web. The pictures were from Ryu Shi Won's house party last winter. Singers who were present at the party included Park Yong Ha, former SES member Eugene, former S#arp members Seo Ji Young and Chris and Jewelry's Seo In Young.

The most revealing photos were those of Eugene sitting on Park Yong Ha's lap. Both had earlier denied any sort of relationship with each other but more than one picture showed Eugene fooling around with Park Yong Ha.

With her image damaged months before her solo debut, Eugene's record label vowed to catch the hacker and take legal action immediately.
